Pet Policy

Pet-friendly living with a little extra tail-wag. At Latitude, your pet’s routine gets built-in convenience, from an on-site fenced pet exercise area to a pet station that makes quick outings easier. The team even keeps the welcome playful with office treats and occasional Yappy Hours featuring snacks, photos, and visits from a dog groomer.

Inside your apartment, large closets help keep leashes, toys, and supplies tucked away, while in-home laundry makes everyday cleanup simple. Step outside and the Lower East Side gives you plenty of walkable blocks, nearby trail time, and easy access to city errands.
